Experience with Second Amendment and firearms law is highly preferred.
As a Senior Criminal & Civil Litigation Attorney, you will represent clients in a wide range of matters, including criminal defense cases, firearms-related charges, contract disputes, business litigation, and other civil matters. You will have the autonomy to develop your own client base while benefiting from the firm’s established reputation and resources. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who is eager to litigate, advocate, and grow a thriving practice.

Roles/Duties:
- Handle a diverse range of criminal and civil litigation cases, including felony and misdemeanor defense, business disputes, contract litigation, and constitutional law matters.
- Develop legal strategies and provide aggressive advocacy for clients in both criminal and civil court.
- Build and manage your own book of business, with the firm’s support for business development efforts.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, including motion hearings, trials, and appeals.
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, and manage pretrial discovery.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and regular case updates.
- Utilize expertise in Second Amendment and firearms law to handle related criminal and civil matters.
- Develop referral relationships and professional networks to expand your client base.
Job Requirements:
- Business development mindset with the ability to attract and retain clients.
- Excellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
- Entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to work independently and build a thriving practice.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and in good standing.
- 5+ years of litigation experience in criminal defense and civil litigation.
- Trial experience with a proven track record in both criminal and civil cases.
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania gun laws and Second Amendment issues is highly preferred.
Compensation Range:
Competitive base salary to start, transitioning to a percentage-based compensation model.
Uncapped earning potential based on the revenue you generate.

Additional Info:
While this is a remote position, candidates must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. Once familiar with the internal systems, the position can be performed remotely.
