Roles/Duties
- Manage a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other key legal documents.
- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Develop case strategy to advance client interests and protect constitutional and statutory rights.
- Collaborate with like-minded attorneys and staff in a mission-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 3+ years of litigation experience (candidates with substantial experience in any of the listed practice areas encouraged to apply).
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Alignment with conservative values and ability to navigate cases with political or constitutional dimensions.
- Ability to handle complex cases independently and as part of a collaborative team.

compesnation and Benefits
- Compensation Range: $150,000 – $180,000, commensurate with experience. Higher compensation available for candidates with significant or senior-level experience

Schedule:
The Litigation Attorney Multiple Practice Areas will be expected to work full-time and may include occasional travel as needed for court proceedings and meetings.
