Roles & Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a legal website project.
- Build and lead a cross-functional internal support team.
- Develop workflows that streamline marketing and intake operations.
- Coordinate with attorneys and staff to meet goals.
- Analyze key metrics and improve system performance.
- Align marketing vision with operational execution strategies.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in operations management, legal preferred.
