Roles/Duties:
- Lead and manage class action litigation from start to finish
- Supervise legal team, ensuring timely and accurate case progress
- Spearhead the firm’s strategy and efforts in class actions
- Conduct regular check-ins to track team goals and deliverables
- Motivate and guide team members through complex legal processes
- Collaborate with HR on team structure and performance feedback
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in class action litigation
- Proven experience managing legal teams and case workflows
- Background working with or alongside HR preferred
- Effective communicator with leadership and mentoring skills
- Comfortable in a mission-aligned, values-driven, conservative legal environment
- Strong sense of initiative, time management, and team leadership
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in class action litigation
- Track record of legal team management and case leadership
Compensation Range:
Based on experience.
Schedule:
The Senior Counsel will be expected to work REMOTELY full-time and may include occasional travel as needed.
