Republican Jobs is leading the search for an experienced Class Action Attorney – Pixel Litigationy to join a nationally recognized plaintiff side Law firm. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to handle complex medical malpractice cases from start to finish while working alongside a mission driven legal team.

Roles and Duties
- Analyze and develop legal strategies for class action cases, focusing on employment law or ERISA.
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, legal memoranda, and class certification motions.
- Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and court appearances.
- Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align legal strategies with client objectives.
- Stay current with developments in class action litigation and relevant statutory/regulatory changes.
- Assist senior counsel with trial preparation and appellate strategy as needed.
Job Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing.
- 4–8 years of experience handling class actions, preferably in employment or ERISA law.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage complex litigation and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required.
Compensation Range:
Estimated salary: $100,000 - $170,000 DOE.

Schedule:
The Class Action Attorney Attorney Pixel Litigation will be expected to work full-time, remotely, and may include occasional travel as needed for court proceedings and meetings.
