Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed (or eligible for admission) in Georgia
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in corporate law, M&A, or general transactional matters
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and organizational abilities, with high attention to detail
- Prior experience advising in regulated or politically sensitive sectors is a plus
Roles & Duties
- Advise clients on business formation, structuring, and corporate governance
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, partnership agreements, and other legal documents
- Provide legal support on mergers and acquisitions, private financings, and corporate restructuring matters
- Monitor and interpret regulations impacting client industries and provide compliance guidance
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on legal strategy and client communications
- Help clients navigate legal risk and ensure adherence to evolving regulatory requirements

Compensation Range:
$100,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience)
