Roles/Duties
- Conduct legal research, drafting, and analysis to support client matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents under supervision.
- Assist with case preparation, including discovery, client communications, and court filings.
- Participate in client meetings, depositions, and hearings as needed.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff on active casework.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files within electronic systems.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Recently admitted (or pending admission) to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Job Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Recently admitted (or pending admission) to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents under supervision.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to maintaining accurate case files.
compesnation and Benefits
- Compensation Range: $120,000 – $138,000

Schedule:
The Attorney will be expected to work full-time and may include occasional travel as needed for court proceedings and meetings.
